This page explains how Metavulus handles account data, learning progress, research access, billing records, and platform operations.
Account data, email, profile data, authentication provider records, subscription status, learning progress, quiz results, usage logs, and support messages when you contact us.
We use data to operate accounts, protect access, deliver learning progress, manage subscriptions, improve product quality, send requested emails, and maintain platform security.
Metavulus may use authentication, email, analytics, hosting, database, and payment providers. These providers process data only for platform operations.
Metavulus uses tools such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits, checkout activity, and completed purchases. Where supported, identifiers such as email or phone are normalized and cryptographically hashed before being sent for advertising measurement and attribution.
Users can request account support, data correction, or account deletion through official Metavulus support channels.
We use role-based access patterns and trusted providers, but no internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
