Metavulus Pro is a digital product with immediate access. This page explains how payment, refunds, cancellation, and Lifetime access work.
Metavulus Pro is a one-time purchase for the access length you choose (for example 1, 3, 12, or 24 months, or Lifetime). It does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends at the end of your paid period and you are not charged again.
Because Pro access is delivered instantly, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once Pro access has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable Indonesian law.
If you were charged twice, charged after a failed payment, or billed in error, email contact@metavulus.id within 7 days of the charge with your payment details and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.
“Lifetime” means Pro access for as long as the Metavulus Pro service continues to operate. It is not a guarantee that the service will run forever. If we ever discontinue the Pro service, we will give reasonable advance notice; see the Terms of Service for how Lifetime access is treated in that case.
Features, content, and tools may evolve over time, but changes will not reduce the core Pro access you have already paid for during your active period.
